MrConverge

MrConverge is a program that can be used to assess burnin and convergence of the MCMC chains used in MrBayes, a program widely used in phylogenetic estimation. While MrConverge is not yet released (why not?), it has been used to automate large-scale simulations studies of accuracy in Bayesian phylogenetics.
